E&P Global sets HK$1.00–1.20 million audit fee range for Prism’s re-appointment

Bulletin Express07-30

E&P Global Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental announcement to its 28 July 2026 AGM circular, detailing plans to re-appoint Prism Hong Kong Limited as auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 (FY 2027).

The board, acting on the audit committee’s recommendation and pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.88, confirmed that Prism will retire at the upcoming AGM but will stand for re-appointment. The estimated audit fee for FY 2027 is projected at HK$1.00 million to HK$1.20 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses.

Key considerations behind the proposed fee include: • Historical audit charges and work scope in the previous financial year • Prevailing market rates for comparable mandates • The expected audit timetable and resource requirements for FY 2027

Management cited Prism’s familiarity with the Group’s operations as a driver for anticipated efficiencies and deemed the quoted range “fair and reasonable.” Should any material deviation from the stated range arise, the company intends to make further disclosures.

Other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged. The board currently comprises three executive directors—Im Jonghak, Liu Wai Shing Peter and Sun Meng—and three independent non-executive directors—Chen Dai, Kim Sung Rae and Wong Wei Hua Derek. The announcement follows updated disclosure guidance issued by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 17 April 2026.
