China Tower (00788.HK) Declares RMB 0.32539 Final Dividend per Share; Ex-Dividend Date Set for 20 May 2026

China Tower Corporation Limited (stock code: 00788) announced on 18 March 2026 a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.32539 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting on 15 May 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 20 May 2026, with the last day for share transfers set at 21 May 2026 (16:30). The share register will be closed from 22 May to 28 May 2026, and the record date is 28 May 2026. Payment will be made on 30 June 2026 in Hong Kong dollars; the HKD amount and applicable exchange rate will be announced later.

Tax withholding arrangements are as follows: • Overseas non-resident enterprises: 10% enterprise income tax. • Individual H-shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau or treaty jurisdictions with a 10% rate, and those in jurisdictions with rates below 10%: 10% individual income tax. • Individual H-shareholders in treaty jurisdictions with a 20% rate, those without treaties, or other applicable situations: 20% individual income tax. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares through Southbound Trading: 20% individual income tax.
