BEONE MEDICINES disclosed during a recent investor briefing that, while different data sources may show slight variations in measuring new patient market share in the United States, BRUKINSA has already secured more than half of new CLL/SLL patients, reaching a significant level.
The company noted that the conversion of new patient share into revenue is a gradual process. Newly diagnosed patients accumulate over time, becoming part of the existing patient pool, and contribute increasing revenue as their treatment duration extends. The average duration of therapy (DoT) currently stands at approximately 42 months, which is expected to continue rising as patients accumulate and data matures. As a result, BRUKINSA is still far from reaching its peak sales potential.
