Litian Pictures Holdings Limited reported that a share placement on 22 April 2026 added 68.00 million ordinary shares at HK$0.156 each, increasing the company’s issued share count by 15.74% from 432.00 million to 500.00 million shares. The transaction, approved at the 23 March 2026 general meeting, generated gross proceeds of approximately HK$10.61 million.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 500.00 million shares with a par value of HK$0.01, equivalent to HK$5.00 million.

No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month, and the company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
