According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 8, UBS Group AG purchased an additional 70,600 shares of SANY HEAVY IND (06031) at a price of HK$22.7063 per share. The total value of the transaction was approximately HK$1.6031 million. Following this acquisition, UBS Group AG's total shareholding in the company has reached approximately 36.0726 million shares, representing a 5.01% stake.
