Hong Kong-listed MGM China Holdings Limited (MGM China) announced that controlling shareholder MGM Resorts International filed its unaudited Form 10-Q for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2026 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 28 October 2026 (New York time).
The U.S. filing contains segment-level financial information and operating statistics for MGM China and its subsidiaries, prepared under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. MGM Resorts International currently holds approximately 56% of MGM China’s issued share capital.
Management stressed that the U.S. GAAP figures differ from the IFRS standards used for MGM China’s own reporting on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The data in the 10-Q have neither been audited nor reviewed by MGM China’s external auditor.
Shareholders and potential investors are urged to review the 10-Q directly on the SEC website for full details and to exercise caution when dealing in MGM China’s securities.
The announcement was approved by the Board of MGM China and released in Hong Kong on 29 October 2026.
