GIGADEVICE (03986) rose nearly 5% during trading hours, last up 4.76% at HK$444.8, with a turnover of HK$1.525 billion.

According to reports, the memory tightness is expected to continue until 2027. Industry insiders indicate that original manufacturers have already completed negotiations for the full-year capacity allocation for 2027, with DRAM and HBM capacity from the three major original manufacturers all sold out in advance.

BOCOM International previously noted that the company is one of the core stocks in China's memory sector, and it is optimistic about its growth potential in the capacity substitution wave for niche DRAM and SLC NAND Flash. The deep cooperation with CXMT is the core support for the company's DRAM business. In March 2026, the company announced that it would significantly increase the annual procurement quota for DRAM products from CXMT Technology Group from 1.182 billion yuan in 2025 to 5.711 billion yuan in 2026.
