Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) disclosed that it repurchased 576,400 H-shares on 9 September 2026. The buyback represents 0.06% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of 8 September 2026.
Prior to the transaction, SF Intra-City had 740.35 million issued shares (excluding 5.26 million treasury shares). Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares outstanding declined to 739.77 million, while treasury stock increased to 5.84 million shares. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 745.61 million.
The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 8.43 and HKD 8.79, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 8.56 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 4.94 million.
This buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorizes the company to repurchase up to 74.25 million shares. To date, SF Intra-City has repurchased 2.72 million shares under this authority, equivalent to 0.30% of the issued share capital on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares, effective until 9 October 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and relevant regulations.
