Shenzhen HQVT Technology Co., Ltd. (HQVT) has outlined a new electronic dissemination framework for future corporate communications, effective 5 August 2026, in compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.
Under the revised arrangement, all actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be sent individually by email. Shareholders who have not provided a functional email address will receive printed copies together with a form to submit an email address for subsequent electronic delivery.
General corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars and meeting notices, will be posted on the company website (www.hqvt.com) and the HKEXnews website. Physical notices of online publication will no longer be mailed, placing the onus on shareholders to monitor these platforms proactively.
To facilitate the transition, shareholders are encouraged to submit or update their email details via an online form accessible through a QR code by 5 September 2026, or at any time thereafter by written notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.
Printed copies of any corporate communications will remain available free of charge upon written or email request. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 during Hong Kong business hours or via is-ecom@vistra.com.
The board, represented by Executive Director Zhou Bo, asserts that these measures align HQVT with global best practices in cost efficiency and environmental responsibility while maintaining compliance with Hong Kong’s regulatory standards.
