Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (Shenzhen Int’l) has completed the issuance of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 2, securing RMB2.00 billion on 6 July 2026. The notes carry a fixed coupon of 1.53% and mature in three years.
The latest offering forms part of the company’s RMB10.00 billion debt‐financing programme registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. With this tranche, Shenzhen Int’l has raised a cumulative RMB7.00 billion under the programme, following the RMB4.00 billion 2024 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1 and the RMB1.00 billion 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1 completed earlier.
Issue documentation for the new tranche is available on the China Money and Shanghai Clearing House websites, as required by regulatory guidelines.
Post-issuance, Shenzhen Int’l retains RMB3.00 billion of remaining capacity under its approved quota for future debt financing initiatives.
