ContiOcean's Public Float Remains Below Regulatory Threshold

CONTIOCEAN (ASX: 02613) has announced that, as of the date of the announcement, the company's public shareholding stands at approximately 22.73%. This figure remains below the minimum requirement of 25% stipulated by Rule 19A.28B(1)(a) of the Listing Rules.

As detailed in the H Share Full Circulation announcement, the conversion of a total of 30 million domestic shares into H shares was completed on June 9, 2026. These converted H shares commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 am on June 10, 2026.

In line with the expected timeline set out in the announcements, the company will actively engage with its major shareholders, who are core connected persons, to discuss arrangements for them to sell a portion of their holdings to independent third parties. The objective is to restore the company's public float.

In this regard, the company is implementing the public shareholding restoration plan according to the expected timeline and will make its best efforts to restore the public float by no later than the end of August 2027.
