Absence of Other Dilutive Instruments\nThe company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares during March 2026.\n\nOverall, CN ANCHU ENERGY entered April 2026 with an unchanged capital structure and full regulatory compliance, while maintaining sizeable option pools that could add up to 11.08% to the current share base if fully exercised.
