The average selling price for the full year ended December 31, 2025, was RMB 12,192 per square meter.
In December 2025 alone, the Group's contracted sales reached approximately RMB 1.521 billion, with a contracted sales area of 120,200 square meters.
The average selling price for December 2025 was RMB 12,649 per square meter.
