Weimob Inc. announced the appointment of Ms. XU Xiao’ou, an independent non-executive director, as a member of its Nomination Committee, effective December 3, 2025.
Following this change, the Nomination Committee is composed of four members: Mr. SUN Taoyong, who serves as chairman, Mr. LI Xufu, Mr. TANG Wei, and Ms. XU Xiao’ou. According to the announcement, the Board now consists of Mr. SUN Taoyong, Mr. FANG Tongshu, Mr. YOU Fengchun, and Mr. FEI Leiming as executive directors, while Mr. LI Xufu, Mr. TANG Wei, and Ms. XU Xiao’ou serve as independent non-executive directors.
