CTG DUTY-FREE Proposes Re-election and Nomination of Sixth Board Members

The board of CTG DUTY-FREE (01880) has announced a series of proposed changes to its board of directors.

Following a nomination by the company's controlling shareholder, China Tourism Group, and a review by the board's nomination committee, the board recommends the re-election of Mr. Fan Yunjun as a non-executive director for the sixth board term.

Additionally, the board proposes the re-election of Mr. Chang Zhujun, Mr. Wang Yuehao, and Mr. Wang Xuan as executive directors for the same term.

Based on the board's own nomination and subsequent committee review, it is also suggested that Mr. Wang Qiang be re-elected as an independent non-executive director.

Furthermore, the board recommends the nomination of Mr. Huang Jianhua and Ms. Han Yingjiao as new independent non-executive directors.

If approved by the shareholders' meeting, the term for all successful director candidates will be three years, commencing from the date of approval.
