Peiport Holdings releases 2025 Annual Report and posts AGM notice for 12 June 2026

Peiport Holdings Ltd. announced that its 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 21 April 2026 and the notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 12 June 2026, together with the related proxy form, are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.peiport.com) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through the Central Clearing and Settlement System may opt to receive future corporate communications by email. To do so, they must provide an email address to the company via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). If no valid email address is supplied, a printed notification letter will continue to be mailed to the address on record.

Shareholders may request hard copies of any corporate communication at any time by writing to Union Registrars Ltd., the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, either by mail (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by email (2885-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk). Requests for printed copies remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

The notification, issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Yeung Lun Ching on 21 April 2026, also provides a shareholder enquiry hotline at +852 2849 3399 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
