The regulator has consented to the bank's dissolution, with all its business operations, assets, creditor rights, debts, and other rights and obligations to be assumed by Tianjin Rural Commercial Bank.

The Tianjin Financial Regulatory Bureau instructed the bank to cease all business activities immediately upon receiving the approval document.
