Hong Kong-listed Maoyan Entertainment (Maoyan) disclosed in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer that 5,000 new ordinary shares were issued in June 2026, lifting total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 1.16219 billion shares as at 30 June 2026. The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.50 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.00002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

The Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, also adopted on 23 July 2018, recorded no exercises during the month and retained 14.30 million outstanding options, with capacity for a further 8.36 million grants. Aggregate proceeds from June option exercises amounted to approximately HKD 504.5.
No movements were reported in treasury shares, warrants, convertibles, or restricted share units. The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 24.78 percent of issued shares as at month-end.
The disclosure was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Zheng Xia.
