BFB Health Limited released a supplemental announcement on 6 October 2026, providing additional details on the discloseable transaction announced on 28 September 2026 regarding the disposal of one of its subsidiaries.
The company confirmed that the purchaser, Mr. Wang Zecong, is a merchant who, to the best knowledge of the board, qualifies as an Independent Third Party with no connected relationship to BFB Health or its directors.
All other terms of the original transaction remain unchanged as per the supplemental filing issued under the authority of Executive Director Li Leong.
