Zhenro Properties Group Limited will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00 a.m. on 25 June 2026 at 3/F, Building 7, Hongqiao Zhenro Center, Shanghai.
Key agenda items:
1. Financial Statements • Shareholders will vote to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.
2. Board Composition • Re-election of three directors: – Mr. Chow Wai Shing Daniel (non-executive) – Mr. Wang Chuanxu (independent non-executive) – Mr. Xie Jun (independent non-executive) • The Board also seeks authority to determine directors’ remuneration.

Administrative Details • Shareholders’ register will be closed from 22 June 2026 to 25 June 2026 (both days inclusive). • To qualify for attendance and voting, share transfers must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 18 June 2026. • Proxy forms must be deposited at the registrar at least 48 hours before the AGM.
As of the notice date (28 April 2026), the Board consists of Executive Directors Mr. Chan King Tak and Mr. Jin Mingjie; Non-Executive Director Mr. Chow Wai Shing Daniel; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Wang Chuanxu, Mr. Xie Jun and Ms. Yang Yongyi.
