ZCZL Repurchases 1.61 Million A-Shares, Moves Stock into Treasury

Bulletin Express09-28

ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited disclosed that on 28 September 2026 it bought back 1.61 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The transaction represents 0.10 % of the company’s outstanding share capital before the repurchase. Shares changed hands between RMB 13.07 and RMB 13.42, producing a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 13.28 per share. Total consideration amounted to RMB 21.32 million.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1.54 billion to 1.54 billion (1,537.76 million), while treasury shares rose to 4.41 million. Overall issued capital remains unchanged at 1.54 billion shares because the repurchased stock is being held in treasury pending cancellation, capital reduction, or use in employee incentive programmes.

The board of directors confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations under Hong Kong’s Main Board Listing Rules and the relevant rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
