On October 7, Wus Printed Circuit (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (ASX: 002463) issued an announcement stating that the company signed the Partnership Agreement for Longqiu Yongying Xingzhou (Suzhou) Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), jointly investing to establish Longqiu Yongying Xingzhou (Suzhou) Venture Capital Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership" or the "Fund").

The target total subscribed capital contribution is RMB 72.1 million, of which the company will contribute RMB 20 million from its own funds, accounting for approximately 27.74%.

The fund completed its industrial and commercial registration and obtained its business license on September 29, 2026. If the fund incurs losses, the maximum amount the company may bear is limited to its subscribed capital contribution of RMB 20 million.
