On the afternoon of May 18th, a delegation led by Pu Gang, Party Committee Secretary and President of CITIC Bank's Urumqi Branch, visited the headquarters of Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group Co., Ltd. at Beixin Tower for a discussion. The meeting focused on innovative financing models, revitalizing existing assets, and deepening financial cooperation. Zhang Bin, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group, participated in the discussion.
Zhang Bin welcomed Pu Gang and his delegation, expressing gratitude for CITIC Bank's long-standing trust and support towards the Group. He noted that CITIC Bank, as a leading commercial bank, possesses strong comprehensive capabilities and deep business expertise, with prominent advantages in areas such as bond underwriting, financing services, and resource integration. He stated that the foundation for past cooperation between the two parties is solid. Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group is currently in a phase of expanding new industries and optimizing its structure. In fields like expressway and municipal engineering construction, the Group has accumulated a portfolio of high-quality, valuable existing assets. He stated that CITIC Bank's Urumqi Branch, serving as the head unit of the CITIC Group Xinjiang Coordination Committee, bears the important responsibility of coordinating and revitalizing the full range of resources within the CITIC Group in Xinjiang, and consolidating synergistic development efforts. In the future, the branch will further expand into innovative business areas such as asset securitization and supply chain finance, while continuing to deepen cooperation in traditional foundational businesses like working capital loans and debt subscription. Simultaneously, it will fully utilize its coordinating role as the head unit to collaborate with other CITIC Group institutions in Xinjiang, such as CITIC Financial Holdings, to precisely align with the development needs of Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group.
