Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank announced on August 27 that six senior executives and other management personnel plan to collectively increase their holdings of the bank's A-shares, with a total investment of no less than 3 million yuan from their own funds. The move reflects their confidence in the company's future growth prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value.

The executives involved in the plan are Wang Ming, Gu Xianbin, Zhang Hongbiao, Shen Dong, Zhan Lingling, and Zhang Yuehong. They will execute the share purchases through the centralized bidding trading system on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Notably, the plan does not set a price range for the acquisitions.

Breaking down the individual commitments, Shen Dong is set to invest at least 750,000 yuan, while Gu Xianbin and Zhang Hongbiao each plan to contribute no less than 600,000 yuan. Wang Ming will add a minimum of 450,000 yuan, and both Zhan Lingling and Zhang Yuehong intend to invest at least 300,000 yuan each. This collective action underscores the management's strong conviction in the bank's trajectory and its commitment to aligning their interests with those of shareholders.
