An employee of Ping An Life Insurance Company has been prohibited from working in the insurance industry for a period of one year due to a violation involving personal information.

This disciplinary action was disclosed in an administrative penalty information notice published by the Heilongjiang office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on July 2nd.

The notice specifies that Li Jinjian, who held the position of deputy department manager at a secondary branch of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China's Heilongjiang subsidiary, has been banned from the insurance sector for one year. The penalty was imposed for infringing upon citizens' personal information.
