Wisdom Education (6068) Announces FY2025 Results with Notable Declines in Revenue and Profit

Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 6068) released its annual results for the year ended 31 August 2025. Revenue reached RMB130.8 million, marking a 27.7% decrease compared to RMB181.0 million in the previous year. Profit for the year stood at RMB38.3 million, a 60.3% drop from RMB96.4 million. Meanwhile, core net profit came in at RMB34.8 million, reflecting a 14.5% year-on-year decrease.

The group recorded particular reductions in its school-related supply chain business as well as its comprehensive educational services segment. The cost of revenue declined by 35.0% to RMB70.7 million, and the gross profit margin improved slightly to 46.0%. Basic earnings per share fell from 4.45 RMB cents to 1.77 RMB cents. No final dividend was recommended for FY2025.

Management attributed part of the lower revenue to changes in market conditions, industry policy factors, and adjustments in business models. The group continued to expand its product range within school-related supply chain offerings and indicated ongoing development of the Proposed Zhongshan High School under a contractual arrangement. As of 31 August 2025, gearing ratio was reported at 37.1%, and net current assets totaled RMB262.5 million.
