Key operating metrics • Revenue for 2025 totalled RMB3.79 billion, generated by 905 restaurants across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. The footprint now comprises 755 Xiabuxiabu units, 131 Coucou units and 19 overseas outlets. • During the year 54 new Xiabuxiabu and 3 new Coucou restaurants opened, while overall headcount approached 17,000.
Governance and risk control • The board-led ESG structure ties sustainability targets directly to executive pay. An upgraded risk framework now embeds climate factors into enterprise-wide assessments and links supplier performance to ongoing monitoring.
Climate and environmental performance • Scope-1 greenhouse-gas emissions fell 48.13% year-on-year to 0.59 million tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, reflecting the full switch to green electricity at Beijing headquarters and the retirement of gas-fired equipment at the old central kitchen. • Total gasoline consumption declined 7.12% and natural-gas use dropped 49.16% versus 2024. • Cooking-fume removal efficiency averaged 97.8% across all stores, with 100% compliance in third-party tests.
Resource efficiency • Electricity usage for the year reached 182.14 million kWh, equal to 48,073.99 kWh per RMB1 million of revenue. • Municipal-water consumption stood at 2.32 million cubic metres, or 613.56 cubic metres per RMB1 million of revenue. • The group introduced PLA straws, cornstarch meal boxes and reusable plastic crates; renewable materials accounted for 54.53% of total packaging by weight.
Supply-chain responsibility • Partner network totals 980 suppliers. Xiabuxiabu rolled out its “DCF 2.0” traceability tool for zero-deforestation sourcing and extended origin tracking to grass-fed lamb. All suppliers sign anti-corruption and sustainable-procurement agreements; non-compliant partners face suspension or blacklisting.
People and community • No work-related fatalities were recorded for a third consecutive year, and the company retained “Level III Work-Safety Standardisation” status. • Employee training exceeded 286,000 participations via the Xiabu Academy e-platform, and a new equity-incentive plan was launched for senior management and key performers. • Thirteen “Heartwarming Stations” now offer free water, rest areas and medical kits to delivery riders and nearby residents; Coucou brand hosted community events supporting autistic children and sanitation workers.
Awards and recognition • The group was again listed among China’s “Top-100 Catering Enterprises” and named a “Sustainable Development Pioneer Enterprise” at the Golden Steed Awards.
Outlook Management signalled further ESG-system refinements and deeper decarbonisation initiatives for 2026, aiming to embed long-term resilience and supply-chain transparency across its multi-brand platform.
