Junshi Biosciences Sets 29 October 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month 2026 Results

Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Junshi Biosciences) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 29 October 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

The notification, released on 15 October 2026, confirms that Chairman Mr. Xiong Jun will preside over the meeting. The Board currently comprises:

• Executive Directors – Mr. Xiong Jun, Dr. Li Ning, Dr. Zou Jianjun, Mr. Li Cong, Mr. Zhang Zhuobing, Dr. Wang Gang and Dr. Li Xin • Non-Executive Directors – Dr. Yao Sheng and Mr. Tang Yi • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Dr. Feng Xiaoyuan, Mr. Li Zhongxian, Ms. Lu Kun, Dr. Yang Jin and Mr. Chen Liang

The forthcoming board meeting will focus on reviewing the company’s unaudited performance for the first three quarters of 2026, a period ending 30 September 2026.
