Sanrui Intelligent plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board, with Guotai Haitong Securities acting as the sponsor. The company aims to raise 768.88 million yuan.
According to the prospectus, Sanrui Intelligent is a manufacturer of power systems for drones and robots. Its main business involves the research and development, production, and sales of electric power systems for drones and robotic power systems, and it is actively expanding into power system products for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
In the field of electric power systems for drones, the company's product line encompasses the full range of electric power system categories, including motors, electronic speed controllers, propellers, and integrated power systems. These are ultimately applied in various vertical sectors such as agricultural and forestry plant protection, industrial inspection, surveying and mapping geographic information, express logistics, emergency rescue, and security monitoring. The products are compatible with various types of drones, including multi-rotor, fixed-wing, and compound-wing models.
In the robotic power system sector, the company established its own brand, CubeMars, in 2018, focusing on the field of robotic joints. It has now achieved full in-house research, development, and production of core components within robotic power modules, including motors, driver boards, and planetary gear reducers.
The company's products can be applied to numerous emerging fields such as humanoid robots, exoskeletons and wearable devices, and quadruped robots.
