Haier Smart Home executes RMB30.88 million A-share buyback for incentive plan

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 28 April 2026 it repurchased 1.46 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for employee incentive schemes. The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 20.55 to RMB 21.36, with a volume-weighted average of RMB 21.22, bringing the total consideration to RMB 30.88 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) fell by 0.02 % to 6.15 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 102.69 million. The overall number of shares in issue, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 6.25 billion.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong listing rules and Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations, and all requisite authorisations and filings have been completed.
