Forehope Electronic Proposes 2026 Employee Share Ownership Scheme

Forehope Electronic(Ningbo)Co.,Ltd. (SH: 688362) has disclosed a draft plan for its 2026 Employee Share Ownership Scheme (ESOP).

The participants in this plan are middle management, core technical personnel, and key backbones of the company and its subsidiaries.

At its initial establishment, the total number of participants will not exceed 422 individuals, excluding any reserved shares.

The total funds to be raised are capped at approximately 159 million yuan. The plan uses "shares" as the subscription unit, with each share priced at 1 yuan, resulting in a maximum total subscription of up to 159 million shares.

The price for acquiring the company's repurchased shares, including any reserved portion, is set at 31.1 yuan per share.

The total number of shares under this ESOP will not exceed 5.1036 million, representing approximately 1.1306% of the company's total share capital as of the announcement date of the draft plan.

To support the company's sustainable development and to continuously attract and retain top talent, the plan includes a provision for reserved shares, corresponding to a maximum of 140,300 shares of the underlying stock.
