Gaodi Holdings Publishes 2025 Interim Report and Shifts to Fully-Electronic Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express04-02

Gaodi Holdings Limited released its 2025 interim report on 31 March 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now available on both the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s homepage (www.gaodiholdings.com).

Aligned with the paperless listing regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, in force since 31 December 2023, Gaodi Holdings has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive email notifications when new documents are posted online.

Until an email address is registered, shareholders will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates; actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form by post.

Investors preferring hard-copy documents can request printed versions free of charge by emailing gaodi.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar. Such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.

The notification is signed by Chairlady Wang Wana on behalf of the Board of Gaodi Holdings Limited.
