On July 21, 2026, a portion of the funds from the investor compensation lawsuit against Yantai Yuancheng Gold Co.,Ltd. (formerly 600766) for securities fraud have been successfully collected, with the remaining amounts now subject to a court-ordered enforcement process. The case was handled by attorney Xu Feng from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm, who represents investors claiming losses from the company's misrepresentations.

Previously, the lawsuits brought by attorney Xu Feng on behalf of investors in Yantai Yuancheng Gold Co.,Ltd. had received a favorable ruling from the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court, with the judgments now final and enforceable. The legal team is continuing to file new cases and is accepting additional claims from other affected investors.

On November 5, 2024, Yantai Yuancheng Gold Co.,Ltd. announced that it had received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The investigation revealed the following violations: First, the company's 2021 semi-annual report and 2021 annual report contained false records. The semi-annual report inflated revenue by 36.689 million yuan and cost of sales by 36.689 million yuan, representing 37.48% of the reported revenue and 39.38% of the reported cost of sales for that period. The 2021 annual report inflated revenue by 64.9518 million yuan and cost of sales by 64.9518 million yuan, accounting for 28.86% of the reported revenue and 29.73% of the reported cost of sales. Second, the false records in the 2021 annual report resulted in an inflated profit of 521,000 yuan, which was 15.27% of the reported total profit for that period.

Attorney Xu Feng, director of Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm and a specialist in securities litigation, believes that, based on the previous favorable judgments, investors who purchased shares of Yantai Yuancheng Gold Co.,Ltd. between August 27, 2021, and April 23, 2024, and who sold or continued to hold those shares after April 23, 2024, can still file claims for compensation.
