On February 13, the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued an official approval for the preparation of Gansu Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., greenlighting its establishment. The administration specified that the preparatory working group must adhere strictly to relevant laws and regulations throughout the process. The group is required to complete all preparatory tasks within six months from the date of approval. During this period, the preparatory work will be supervised and guided by the Gansu Financial Regulatory Bureau. Upon completion of the preparatory phase, an application for commencing business operations must be submitted to the Gansu Financial Regulatory Bureau in accordance with established procedures.
