Hong Kong and China Gas (Towngas) Releases 2025 Annual Report and Implements Full E-Communication Before 2026 AGM

Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) has published its 2025 Annual Report, Circular, Proxy Form and Environmental, Social and Governance Report on both the corporate website (www.towngas.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are available on request.

Towngas will hold its Annual General Meeting on 1 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. in the Convention Hall, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wanchai.

Key operational change: • From now on, all corporate communications will be distributed electronically through the Towngas and HKEXnews websites. • Postal notifications of new publications will cease. Shareholders wishing to receive email alerts must either register for HKEX News Alerts or submit an email address directly to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services. • Actionable Corporate Communications (e.g., proxy forms) will also be sent electronically when a functional email address is on file; otherwise printed copies will be mailed. • Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit a reply form or email request. Each request for printed documents remains valid for one year.

The 2025 ESG Report is provided exclusively in electronic format; printed versions will be mailed only upon request.
