According to the latest filings from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Fuguo Asset Management expanded its position in BIOCYTOGEN-B (02315) on July 29. The fund acquired 55.65 thousand shares at an average price of HK$51.8055 per share, totaling an investment worth approximately HK$28.83 million.
Following this transaction, the total number of shares held by Fuguo Asset Management reached about 9.116 million, representing an 8.23% stake in the company.
