CROSSTEC boosts share capital by 18.13% through 110.00 million-share issuance at HKD 0.11 each

CROSSTEC Group Holdings Limited disclosed that 110.00 million new ordinary shares were issued on 27 April 2026 following the conversion of convertible notes under the HIL Subscription Agreement dated 2 June 2025.

The transaction lifted CROSSTEC’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) from 606.62 million to 716.62 million, representing an expansion of 18.13%. All new shares were priced at HKD 0.11 apiece.

According to the company’s filing, the board fully authorised the share issuance and confirmed compliance with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements. Post-transaction, CROSSTEC holds no treasury shares, and its issued share capital now stands at 716.62 million ordinary shares.
