MNSO Buys Back 107,360 Shares on NYSE Under 10b5-1 Program

MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) disclosed that it repurchased 107,360 ordinary shares—equivalent to 26,840 American depositary shares (ADSs)—on 2 October 2026 via the New York Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between USD 2.195 and USD 2.22, with a volume-weighted average cost of USD 2.2057 per share, for a total consideration of USD 0.24 million.

The transaction was executed under the company’s existing Rule 10b5-1 share repurchase program and falls within the general mandate approved by shareholders on 18 June 2026, which authorises the buyback of up to 121.40 million shares. Following this latest purchase, MNSO has repurchased 30.42 million shares under the mandate, representing approximately 2.51% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date.

All 107,360 shares acquired on 2 October are earmarked for cancellation. As of the transaction date, MNSO’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.214 billion ordinary shares, as the cancellation had not yet taken effect.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant U.S. regulations. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in place until 1 November 2026, in line with rule requirements.
