Nano Nuclear Energy declined 15% in morning trading Tuesday after the company said it would sell 1.4 million units.
The stock surged 34% on Monday.
Each unit will contain a share and half of a warrant, the company said.
Nuclear-focused stocks have had some large stock-price increases recently, including on Oct. 16, after news that Amazon.com said it would work with utilities to explore deploying small modular reactors and also said it invested in SMR company X-energy. Nano shares rose 38% on that day.
Meanwhile, Oklo declined 13% in premarket trading, after closing up 22% Monday. On Oct. 16, Oklo shares rose 42%. Whlie Lightbridge fell 15%; NuScale Power fell 10%.
