Anker Innovations Price Stabilization Period Ends, 3.55 Million H Shares Purchased

Anker Innovations announced that the overall coordinator, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option on July 26, 2026, involving a total of 3.4433 million H shares.

This amount represents approximately 7.38% of the total number of shares initially available for subscription under the global offering before any over-allotment options were exercised. The over-allotted shares will be issued and allotted by the company at a price of HKD 99.32 per share.

Additionally, the price stabilization period for the global offering ended on July 26, 2026, which was the 30th day after the closing date for the Hong Kong public offering application. The price stabilization actions taken during this period by the stabilization agent, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, its affiliates, or any person acting on their behalf, are as follows. An over-allocation of 6.9949 million H shares was made in the international offering. During the stabilization period, a total of 3.5516 million H shares were continuously purchased in the market at prices ranging from HKD 90.00 to HKD 99.30 per share. The overall coordinator partially exercised the over-allotment option, involving 3.4433 million H shares. The remaining portion of the over-allotment option not exercised by the overall coordinator, on its own behalf and on behalf of international underwriters, lapsed on July 26, 2026.
