PHOENITRON HOLD (ASX: 08066) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cyber Mirage (Hong Kong) Limited, has recently entered into a framework cooperation agreement with Zhiyang Xintong Technology Co., Ltd. concerning voice artificial intelligence technology.
The agreement pertains to smart fire protection service system projects that Zhiyang Xintong will undertake both within and outside China.
Under the framework agreement, Zhiyang Xintong will act as the general contractor for these projects, responsible for project bidding and tendering matters.
Cyber Mirage will be responsible for providing professional voice AI technical support to Zhiyang Xintong during the bidding process.
Should any such project be successfully awarded, Cyber Mirage will be appointed as a subcontractor to undertake the technical development and related service work for the voice AI technology system.
This appointment will be subject to the terms of a formal agreement to be entered into by both parties and conducted in accordance with the relevant project documents.
Upon completion of the implementation of any such project, Cyber Mirage will also provide system maintenance and iterative maintenance services for the voice AI technology.
The board believes the framework agreement will strengthen the group's voice AI business and further advance its strategy of developing its own voice AI technology capabilities in new application areas.
There is no guarantee that any project will be awarded, any formal agreement will be entered into, or that any project will be successfully completed.
