Intercontinental Aerospace Technology (01725) announced that following the approval of a special resolution to change the company's name at the extraordinary general meeting held on November 7, 2025, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of name change on the same day. The company's English name has been changed from "USPACE Technology Group Limited" to "China Strategic Technology Group Limited," and the Chinese name "中国技术集团有限公司" (China Strategic Technology Group Limited) has been adopted as the dual foreign name, replacing the previous Chinese name "洲际航天科技集团有限公司" (Intercontinental Aerospace Technology Group Limited).

The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of change of name for a non-Hong Kong company on November 20, 2025, confirming the registration of the new English name "China Strategic Technology Group Limited" and the new Chinese name "中国技术集团有限公司" under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).

The stock short name for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from "USPACE TECH" to "C STRATEGIC TEC" in English and from "洲际航天科技" (Intercontinental Aerospace Technology) to "中国技术集团" (China Strategic Technology Group) in Chinese, effective from 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2025. The company's stock code on the exchange will remain unchanged.
