TradeGo FinTech Schedules 30 June 2026 AGM to Approve FY 2026 Accounts, Board Re-elections and Fresh Share Mandates

TradeGo FinTech Limited will convene its annual general meeting on 30 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Shenzhen. The agenda comprises six ordinary resolutions:

1. Financial Statements • Shareholders will vote on the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 together with the reports of the directors and independent auditor.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Proposed re-election of Executive Director Mr. Zhang Wenhua. • Proposed re-election of Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Jiao Jie and Mr. Heng Victor Ja Wei. • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Re-appointment • SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor, with authority to the board to set its remuneration.

4–6. Share Capital Mandates • General and unconditional mandate allowing the board to issue, allot and deal with shares, including disposal of treasury shares. • Separate mandate permitting share repurchases. • An extension of the issuance mandate equal to the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back authority.

Shareholders registered on the company’s books are entitled to appoint proxies; completed forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Identity documentation will be required for admission to the meeting venue.
