PLOVER BAY TECH Announces New Independent Non-Executive Directors

PLOVER BAY TECH (01523) has announced the appointment of new independent non-executive directors, effective from June 1, 2026.

Mr. Fu Jinxiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Liu Jianpei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee.

Ms. Yu Minhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee.
