China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (CITIC BANK) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 29 October 2026 to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

The meeting will address the quarterly performance of the Bank and its subsidiaries, covering key financial metrics for the year to date. The announcement was released from Beijing on 16 October 2026 and signed by Chairman Fang Heying.
