EASTROC (09980) fell more than 3%, touching an intraday low of HK$198, marking a new record low since its listing. At the time of writing, the stock was down 3.12% to HK$198.6, with a turnover of HK$20.84 million. The company's 2025 financial report showed annual revenue of RMB 20.875 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31.80%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 4.415 billion, up 32.72% from the previous year. Its core product, Eastroc Super Drink, entered the RMB 15 billion product category with annual revenue reaching RMB 15.599 billion, representing growth of 17.25%. In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, revenue was RMB 4.031 billion, up 22.88% year-on-year, while net profit rose 5.66% to RMB 654 million. Industrial Securities noted that while Q4 revenue growth slowed sequentially, Eastroc Super Drink performed steadily for the full year, and the "Hydrate Now" product line saw rapid expansion. Eastroc Super Drink generated RMB 15.599 billion in 2025, up 17.3% year-on-year, accounting for 74.8% of total revenue as the company advanced its nationwide expansion. However, Q4 revenue increased only 9.3% year-on-year, with a slight sequential deceleration attributed to inventory control measures for Eastroc Super Drink and timing differences related to the Lunar New Year holiday. Bank of America Securities lowered its earnings per share forecasts for 2026 and 2027 by 4% and 5%, respectively, reflecting the weaker-than-expected performance in the last quarter of 2025.
