SYNTRUST GK Sets RMB 0.18 Final Dividend for FY 2025; Payment Slated for 14 July 2026

Guangdong Syntrust GK Testing and Certification Tech Service Center Co., Ltd. (SYNTRUST GK) has announced an updated final dividend of RMB 0.18 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The update reflects additional details concerning withholding-tax arrangements.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 15 May 2026. Key timeline highlights are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 19 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 20 May 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 21–27 May 2026 • Record date: 27 May 2026 • Payment date: 14 July 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD amount and exchange rate will be announced separately.

Withholding tax framework: 1. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to 10% withholding. 2. Non-resident individual shareholders based in Hong Kong, Macau or treaty jurisdictions with a 10% dividend rate will also face a 10% levy. 3. Individual investors from treaty jurisdictions with rates below 10% will face a provisional 10% withholding but may apply for a refund of the excess. 4. Individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate, no treaty, or other specified scenarios will be subject to a 20% rate.
