Exim Bank Holds Separate Meetings with China Cinda and CITIC Financial Asset Management

Wang Xiao, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China (Exim Bank), recently held a meeting with Zhang Weidong, Chairman of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China Cinda). The discussions centered on further deepening practical cooperation.

Vice President Wang Xiao reviewed the longstanding cooperative achievements between the two institutions. He stated that both Exim Bank and China Cinda, as central financial enterprises, have consistently leveraged their respective functional roles to fully serve national strategies and the development of the real economy. He expressed hope that both sides would continue to work closely together, explore new models of cooperation, and make greater contributions to preventing and resolving financial risks.

Chairman Zhang Weidong briefed on China Cinda's recent business developments. He indicated that China Cinda would leverage its professional strengths to meet the needs of policy-oriented financial business development. He hoped both parties would forge a new phase of cooperation across more levels and broader fields, jointly promoting high-quality economic development.

Relevant department heads from both sides attended the meeting.

Separately, Vice President Wang Xiao also held a meeting with Zhao Jingjing, Vice President of China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CITIC Financial AMC).

Vice President Wang Xiao expressed gratitude for CITIC Financial AMC's professional support and hoped that both sides would focus on their core responsibilities to further explore cooperation opportunities. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of risk response and asset disposal, injecting financial vitality into the stable socio-economic development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Vice President Zhao Jingjing introduced the company's innovative practices in areas such as aiding distressed real-economy enterprises. She stated that CITIC Financial AMC would fully leverage its distinctive advantages in full-chain services and the integration of industry and finance to collaborate with Exim Bank in supporting the improvement of quality and efficiency in the real economy.
