Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (ASYMCHEM) has released an updated notice on its proposed final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, incorporating revisions to Hong Kong share-register details and withholding-tax arrangements.

Dividend Amount and Approval • Proposed distribution: RMB 13 for every 10 shares, equivalent to RMB 1.30 per share. • Shareholder vote: 10 June 2026.

Key Dates • Ex-dividend date: 25 June 2026. • Last day to lodge share transfers: 26 June 2026 (16:30). • Book-closure period: 29 June – 07 July 2026. • Record date: 07 July 2026. • Payment date: 24 July 2026.

Currency and Registrar • Dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the precise HKD amount and exchange rate will be announced later. • Registrar: Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai.

Withholding-Tax Framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders (H-share register): 10% enterprise income tax withheld by the company. • Shenzhen Northbound investors (enterprises and individuals): 10% income tax withheld and remitted via China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. • Mainland individual investors holding H-shares through Southbound Trading Link: 20% individual income tax withheld; domestic enterprise investors self-report. Board Composition The board currently comprises one chairperson/executive director, three additional executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.

This announcement supersedes the previous version by updating Hong Kong share-register information and the applicable tax-withholding schedule.
