Archosaur Games Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary and Appoints New Authorized Representatives

Archosaur Games Inc. disclosed that Ms. Zhang Xiao has stepped down, effective 19 August 2026, from three key posts: joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and authorized process agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The resignation is attributed to work-related arrangements, and Ms. Zhang confirmed no disagreements with the board or issues requiring shareholder attention.

Following her departure, existing joint company secretary Ms. Hao Lili will continue as the Company’s sole company secretary and has simultaneously been designated as the new authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, also effective 19 August 2026. In addition, Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as the Company’s process agent in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance from the same date.

The board expressed appreciation for Ms. Zhang’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Cong Lin to her new role. The company’s board composition remains unchanged, with Mr. Li Qing serving as chairman and executive director, accompanied by one additional executive director, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
